Line up the days of the week with the Main Isaiah 11:2 Pattern. (See Days in pull-down menu). Then we add the CreationPattern of 7's for this week as well... This Week we follow the Pattern of 7's for the CREATION of the heavens and the earth.

Let's look at what happened in the seven days with what God said when He began creating, with His Word being the only raw materials: (Read Genesis 1 & 2 for what is not listed here)... from the OneNewManBible (ONMB)... I appreciate this version because it shows how God addressed certain aspects of what was to be doing the action.

Day 1 God said, "LIGHT, Be!" He divided the light from the darkness. He called the light Day, and the darkness Night. There was Evening and Morning...Day One.

Day 2 God said, "FIRMAMENT, be in the midst of the waters! Divide the waters from the waters. God called the firmaments Heavens. Evening/Morning...2nd Day.

Day 3 God said, "WATERS under the heavens, be gathered together to one place-Seas. DRY LAND, Appear!"

And God said, "EARTH, bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after its kind, whose seed is in itself..." Evening/Morning... 3rd Day.

Day 4 God said, "LIGHTS, Be in the firmament of the heavens, to divide the day from the night! Be for signs and for appointed times and for days and years... to give light upon the earth! (Notice that Sun and Moon are not specifically named here.) Evening/Morning... 4th Day.

Day 5 God said, "WATERS, teem abundantly with the moving creature that has life, and fowl to fly above the earth in the open firmament of heavens." Evening/Morning... 5th day

Day 6 God said, "EARTH, bring forth the living creature after its kind, cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth after its kind!"

Then God said, "WE WILL MAKE Mankind in our image, after our likeness and have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the fowl of the air, over the cattle, over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth." He made them male and female and

then God said, "(Mankind) Be fruitful! Multiply! Fill the earth! Subdue it and have dominion..." ... Evening/Morning 6th Day.

And God said, "(Living creatures/Mankind) Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; it will be food for you."

Day 7 in Genesis 2:1,2 we read that God rested on the seventh day and blessed the seventh day... and sanctified it (set it apart from the rest).

Is Sunday your normal idea of the first day of the week? How would it FEEL to make Monday the second day? Are you LIVING Today intentionally in your surroundings? What other words for LIGHT come to mind... Illumination... Revelation... Insight... Day & Night? What insight do you get from overlaying Creation 7's with our Main 7's? Be still and ponder these and other questions HolySpirit may bring to your mind. Write or doodle in your Journal... Look through the Songs Menu and listen to the lyrics of that certain song that reaches deep into your heart for your Father in heaven... He loves you! Send me song suggestions that I haven't included.

Week 2 - Day2Monday, January 6, 2025 Daily Reading Genesis 1-4

Theme - 1God

We learn that God (Father,Son,Spirit) is our:

Source - God’s power has given us everything we need for life and godliness, through our knowing the One who called us to His own glory and goodness. 2 Peter 1:3 CJSB

Structure - I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in Him will I trust. Ps 91:2 ONMB

Sufficiency - And He spoke to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made complete in weakness.” 2Cor 12:9 ONMB

Strength - The Lord is my strength and my song; He has given me victory. Ps 118:14 NLT

Security - The name of the LORD is a strong tower! The righteous run into it and are safe. Prov 18:10 ONMB

Do you KNOW God? Did you know that He knows you... even better than you know yourself!

Did you know that He loves you and desires for you to be an active part of His Family of Children?

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that every one who believes in Him would not die but would have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world so that He would condemn the world, but so that the world would be saved through Him. The one who believes in Him is not condemned: but the one who does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. John 3:16-18 ONMB

“Most definitely I say to you, unless someone would have been born from above, he is not able to see the Kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How is a man able to be born when he is in old age? Is he able to enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time?” Y’shua (Jesus) answered, “Most certainly I say to you, unless someone would have been born out of water and Spirit he is not able to enter the Kingdom of God. What has been born of the flesh is flesh, and what has been born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:3-6 ONMB

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. Rom 10:9-10 NLT

Have you been born of the Spirit? Do you believe in your heart? Have you confessed with your mouth? You may not FEEL any different at first, but you will soon be on the road to Growing in Christ! Learn to know your Father in Heaven - God. Come to know Him as your Source... your Structure... your Sufficiency... your Strength... and your Security. Ponder His majestic work in The Creation of the heavens and the earth... of Life ... Family... and Mankind who loves Him and His Kingdom!

Week 2 - Day3Tuesday, January 7, 2025 Daily Reading Genesis 5-9

BERIT (Covenant) - B.E.R.I.T.

There are five points of God's Kingdom/Covenant that we use in this study and they can loosely be related in this order...

Who What How Why Where/When ...all a very loose description that will be more clear as we go.

We will explore several acronyms/Covenant Patterns of 5's in our ten week studies... and even some 10's... and I hope the beauty will become obvious. For this week, our Pattern of Covenant 5's is: B.E.R.I.T.

Berit (beer-EET) is the Hebrew word for covenant. God has made an everlasting (eternal) covenant with all the spiritual seed of Abraham.

May the God of (shalom) peace, the One Who led up from the dead the Great Shepherd of the sheep by the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Y’shua, make you complete in every good thing to do His will, while He makes us pleasing in His judgment through Y’shua Messiah, to Whom be the glory forever and ever, amen. Heb 13:20-21 ONMB

And we who are living in continuous faith in Yeshua are qualified to receive all the promises of Abraham...

So then you know that those who are from faith, these are sons of Abraham. And since the Scripture foresaw that God makes the heathens righteous by faith, He proclaimed in advance to Abraham the Good News that “All the heathens will be blessed in you.” (Gen 12:3; Num 24:9) 9 So that they are blessed because of faith, with the faith of Abraham. Gal 3:7-9 ONMB

(Source) Beginning - (Who) This is the new covenant I will make with My people on that day, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." Heb 10:16 NLT

(Structure) Example - (What) (Jesus said, ) "for I gave you an example so that you would also do just as I did." John 13:15 ONMB

(Sufficiency) Redeemer - (How) The words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart will be acceptable in Your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. Ps 19:15 ONMB

(Strength) Intention - (Why) For I AM knows the thoughts, plans, and intentions that I AM thinking toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and hope. Jer 29:11 ONMB

(Security) Tomorrow/Today - (Where/When) We enjoy but a taste of heaven, a token, Today, simply a shadow of what is to come with the full blessing Tomorrow when we see Him face to Face in the New Heaven/New Earth.

Covenant is a term we don't use in our everyday language much. It simply means Promise, Vow, Agreement, Treaty, Contract... look it up in a Thesaurus- my favorite dinosaur!

Though we may not use the word every day, we DO make covenants... when we buy a house or anything on credit... when we are joined to a spouse under the law of the state... basically, when we sign our signature to anything we are making a covenant... a promise... a vow... a contract.

God, the Ultimate, Supreme Being... made covenants that are recorded in Scripture... much like the suzerains or feudal lords of old that made covenants with other peoples... what is a SUZERAIN or FEUDAL LORD?...

1. : a superior feudal lord to whom fealty is due : overlord. 2. : a dominant state controlling the foreign relations of a vassal state but allowing it sovereign authority in its internal affairs.

The Covenant with God is born out of LOVE to keep us safe within the boundaries of His Love and Mercy... and yes, there are boundaries in His Kingdom... but they are not burdensome.

As a BABE in Christ, we have the Promise of God's Covenant.... the Finished Work of the Cross. He only needs our acceptance for this free gift to be His born-child! We gain entrance to His invisible Kingdom to become Heirs with the Promise of His inheritance.

Week 2 - Day4Wednesday, January 8, 2025 Daily Reading Genesis 10-13

S.I.M.P.L.I.C.I.T.Y. in Christ - reminders:

We will focus on one letter of this acronym each week of our ten week study... (See Menu for more)

1 Source (God) - "Everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved." Rom 10:13 NLT

Because God is our Source... we can go to Him for all that we need. The first thing that we need as Humans is to be an active relational part of His Family as His born-child. We do this by calling on His Name and confessing that we realize our predicament of being caught in the quicksand of sin... which is simply trying to meet all our needs in MyWay... living according to the rules of culture in the world. We eventually realize it does not really working out all that well. We confess that we know we need the redeeming blood of a Sufficient Savior to break the chains of bondage and set us free from sin and our own desires. We tell Him that we want to be a Born-Child of God!

2 Instruction (Word) - All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness... 2Tim 3:16 NKJV

3 Ministry (HolySpirit) - And all things are from God, the One Who reconciled us to Himself through Messiah and Who gave us the ministry of reconciliation... 2 Cor 5:18-19 OneNewManBible (ONMB)

4 Plan (Mankind) - “For God so loved the world that He gave his only and unique Son, so that everyone who trusts in Him may have eternal life, instead of being utterly destroyed. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but rather so that through Him, the world might be saved. John 3:16-17 CJB

5 Life.Light.Love (Salvation) - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things came through Him, and there was not one thing that came into being without His participation. What had come in Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of mankind: John 1:1-5 OneNewManBible (ONMB)

6 Intention (Christ) - Furthermore, we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called in accordance with His purpose; Rom 8:28 CJB

7 Completion (TheCross) - ...(Y’shua said,) “It has been completed,” John 19:30 ONMB

8 Intercession (Prayer) - First of all, then, I counsel that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all human beings, 1 Tim 2:1-2 CJB

9 Transformation (Community) - Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Rom 12:2 NLT

10 Y'shua (Promise) - And she will give birth to a Son, and you will call His name Y’shua: for He will save His people from their sins.” Matt 1:21-22 ONMB

BABES in Christ--Newly born into the Kingdom and Family of God--May we learn to grow in Christ with simplicity... and when mature from BABES, may we return to the basics of simplicity in Him.

Quiet Time Get your Journal and ponder S.I.M.P.L.I.C.I.T.Y.... the concept and verses above... Our Reading has a contrast of Mankind wanting to be in control and Abraham being called by God to follow Him and leave his idols. God became his Source! Do you need more simplicity in your day-to-day so you can incorporate more S.I.M.P.L.I.C.I.T.Y.?

Gospel in the Stars (Mazzarot) - STP

Mazzarot (Constellations)(Zodiak) for this week is the sign of the Goat - Capricorn (we consult with the Maker of the Stars, not the sign). These stars tell that there will be Life from Death in the Gospel in the Stars. Think of the scapegoat (Leviticus 16) and the Messiah coming to redeem us from the guilt and power of sin.

Seasons - Times - Purpose (STP)

See THURSDAY under the Days Menu for the Ecclesiastes 3 list of STP... there are 28 of them. What Season/Times/Purpose do you find yourself in Today? What Promises can you hold onto from your Father to get you through the hard ones? How can you Praise Him for the easy ones?

Time for Daily P.S.A.L.M.S. Quiet Time You know what to do! Maybe ponder Abraham's position in our Reading today... he and his wife were learning to (Proverbs 3:5,6) "trust in the Lord with all their heart and not lean on their own human understanding..." We, too, need to be trained in trusting.

Week 2 - Day6Friday, January 10, 2025 Daily Reading Genesis 18-20

BABES in Christ... newly born-again... God, our Father

Do not rush the process of growth through the stages. Enjoy and embrace being a newborn, a child, and a young one ...staying in God's Word (the milk) and with those mature true believers (elders) who will guide you into your destiny with God of also being mature. Learn to commune with God, your Father in heaven. He knows what you need before you do! Find a Community (local body of believers - church) where you can grow together with others. Learn to know how much your Father loves you... find the place where you belong... and know you are significant and have a purpose in His Kingdom.

As we mature in Christ, there is always someone with more wisdom and experience in this journey... so I believe it is natural that we should always have elders around us in this life to consult and learn from... they are found within the Body of Christ... maybe our family... maybe our local community (church). Think of the wisdom in God allowing us to have several generations of natural family as an example (grandparents)... do we glean the wisdom of the older generations? I have seen a definite decline in our culture of appreciating the wisdom of elders... and maybe an actual discard of them altogether... may this not be! May we remain humble and know that we will always be learning in this life...even if we don't realize it. Intentional learning is the best!

The Parable of the Sower (see Menu) talks about the SEED (the Word of God) that is scattered by the Sower along the wayside and is stolen by the birds of the air. The Soil is the heart of a person. Babes need to get God's Word into their heart to produce good soil (a heart that hungers and thirsts for Him) for that SEED (the Word) to take root in. The Word is the milk... so drink up! Make the soil of your heart rich! We do not want the Word to be stolen from our heart before it has a chance to get some roots.

For our Jewish cousins, sundown tonight is the beginning of Sabbath that will continue all day tomorrow until sundown. Shabbat Shalom! (Sabbath of Peace)
